FOUNDER 创办人Dan started his career in the IT industry and over a period of 15 years he went from being an entrepreneur during the dot-com days of late 1990s to becoming the youngest Chief Technology Officer in Singapore at the tender age of 28 for an US-based consulting firm. His final stint in technology was with Sun Microsystem as a regional sales manager for Asia South. In 2005 he left the industry to pursue his personal passion in real estate investing and eventually started RunningStream International in 2007.
In the decade that followed, Dan grew RunningStream into a unique boutique firm equipped with a proprietary methodology and a strong and passionate consulting team to assist investors across Asia with their global property portfolios. In addition, he is also key to starting several subsidiaries including Huon Developments - an Australia based development firm and Ficus Capital Management - a property development capital amalgamation service firm. Despite his busy schedule, Dan continues to spend most of his time educating investors onstage and offstage. He speaks in seminars and conferences and writes regularly for property investment publications. Other than weekends when he religiously spends time with his family of wife and 4 kids, he can often be found in our office cafe, enthusiastically sharing his wealth of experience with investors both young and old. |
